Both celebrating 30 year anniversaries with our company are Charles “Cam” Moeser, Sr Vice President of Recruitment and Program Management, and Bart Stanley, Sr Vice President of the Southeast Region.

Centered at our headquarters, Cam is responsible for the overall management of the recruitment processes for national accounts, key account/program management, and the development of innovative, comprehensive recruiting strategies that provide a competitive advantage over our competitors’ sales and marketing approaches, recruitment tools, branding, planning, and retention. He began cultivating his Vendor Management System expertise when Acara implemented its first Work Nexus-automated Managed Services Program in 1997.

Throughout his time with Acara, Bart has provided workforce and staffing solutions to numerous customers across a vast array of industries. He is responsible for management of all branch activities in the southeast region, including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia. His expertise focuses on staff augmentation and workforce management, design and implementation of managed services programs, co-employment risk mitigation services, and client relationship and account management.

Our industry thrives on relationships built between our associates, suppliers, and customers. It makes sense that our agile programs are anchored by expertise and collaborative teamwork. We gratefully acknowledge that our success and reputation is due to the hard work and dedication of our associates, especially those who, like Cam and Bart, have helped build Acara’s reputation over several decades.
