Debra joined Acara (then Superior Staffing Services) in 2000 as a part-time Account Executive, balancing her career aspirations with family responsibilities. Little did she know that this decision would lead to an extraordinary professional adventure spanning a quarter of a century.
Rapid Rise Through the Ranks
Within just six months, Debra’s exceptional performance earned her a promotion to Branch Manager. Her leadership skills quickly became apparent, leading to a series of promotions that saw her overseeing multiple regions:
- Regional Manager for Seattle, Sacramento, and San Jose
- Oversight of Southern California branches in Burbank, Santa Monica, and Costa Mesa
- Director role managing Dallas (Irving/Las Colinas) and Houston branches
- Vice President of National Sales Prospecting
Nationwide Impact
Today, Debra holds the prestigious position of Vice President of Business Development. In this role, she manages overall business development strategies for the greater Texas market, focusing on achieving revenue and profitability goals through consistent and effective sales strategies.
