Acara Announces Promotions

Buffalo—January 7, 2017—Superior Talent Resources, Inc., a Acara company, is pleased to announce several promotions:

Chris Delaney is promoted to Vice President, Major Account Development. Formerly the Director of Client Recruiting Services, in his new role, Chris will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing strategic planning and growth initiatives to increase revenue and profitability, with a focus on consulting, statement of work (SOW), and traditional and non-traditional staffing with major DOD, aerospace and related companies.

Debra Pagtolingan is promoted to Vice President of Business Development, South Region. Previously overseeing business development in Texas as a Regional Director of Sales, Debra now manages overall business development strategies in the South Region, focusing on the achievement of revenue and profitability goals through the application of consistent and effective sales strategies.

Cam Moeser is promoted to Senior Vice President, Recruitment and Program Management. Formerly the Vice President, Midwest Region, Cam is now responsible for the overall management of the recruitment processes for national accounts, key account/program management, and the development of innovative, comprehensive recruiting strategies.
