What advice do you have for other recruiters and hiring managers?

Advice I would give to Hiring Managers would be to focus on more than just the resume. Candidates might not be the perfect fit, but they may have other traits/soft skills that cannot be taught. I always recommend having a conversation with candidates because you never know if there is a great fit behind the resume.

What do you like best about working for Acara Solutions?

I would say the best part about working for Acara Solutions would be the communication and teamwork between Recruiting, Sales and Management. The difference Acara brings to the table would be the quality over quantity approach when finding candidates.
