Job Summary:
Responsible for the recruitment of Acara Solutions internal employees.
 
We are looking for a talented, innovative professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, staffing or professional services, comfortable working in a fast-paced complex environment.  This person can navigate ambiguity and an everchanging landscape allowing you to show off the agility we seek in our employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manages full lifecycle recruiting for Account Executives, Recruitment Specialists, Staffing Coordinators, and all other internal Acara positions nationwide. 
  • Identifies innovative strategies to develop employer brand, promote open positions and source candidates
  • Partners with hiring managers to understand business needs in order to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Creates and maintains an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion goals
  • Uses applicant tracking system to open jobs and maintain accurate and up to date candidate records
  • Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements and conduct phone screens with candidates
  • Manages and coordinates communication with candidates including the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Promotes company brand and positive candidate experience with all candidates
  • Performs reference checks for selected candidates and review results with hiring managers
  • Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of company policies

  • Uses independent judgment and discretion to select and place candidates
  • Maintains candidate and employee confidentiality
  • Submits periodic reports to management as required
  • Ensures compliance with ISO policies and all state and federal legal requirements
  • Supports a variety of company and departmental projects and duties as required
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 3 years' experience in recruiting, sourcing, or project managing within the recruitment industry
  • 1 year of experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
  • 1 year of working with online recruiting tools
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly effective in a collaborative, team-based culture and has experience with cross-functional collaboration 
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis. establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers as well as setting and managing expectations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills necessary to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with state and federal labor laws
