Jason is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building and leading recruitment and outsourcing businesses, technology startups, and talent acquisition operations. He is passionate about fostering trusted advisor relationships and facilitating connections to empower the workplace.
As Executive Vice President of the Aleron Group, Jason oversees strategy, growth, and innovation. He leverages his extensive industry knowledge and wide range of dedicated resources to implement customized workforce solutions, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Managed Service Programs, Master Vendor Programs, Vendor Management Systems, Employer of Record, and Statement of Work Management.
Jason believes in creating "clients for life" through strategic account management, data and insights, process optimization, and best-in-class service delivery teams. His pragmatic approach has helped him succeed in serving clients across the retail, technology, hospitality, advanced manufacturing, business and professional services, and energy sectors. The customer experience programs he has designed and implemented have elevated and differentiated organizations and improved client satisfaction.
Jason previously served as the Executive Vice President of Broadleaf. Prior to Broadleaf, he was a partner and RPO practice leader with TalentRise, which was acquired by Aleron Group. He also has experience as an operational and business leader for HR professional services and recruiting organizations including Aon Hewitt, Deloitte, and Allegis Group. As an entrepreneur, Jason co-founded the recruiting software and services firm PeopleBonus and successfully positioned it for acquisition by Workstream, now HR Soft.
Throughout his career, Jason has been a thought leader and trusted authority in the recruitment and talent management industry. He has spoken at conferences and authored several publications, sharing valuable insights on topics impacting hiring and staffing. Jason also serves on the advisory boards for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) and Sapien Software, a global mid-market HRIS solution.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He now lives in Nashville with his wife and three daughters. Jason is an active member of the Rotary Club of Nashville International. He is also an avid women’s basketball fan who coached all three of his daughters for more than 10 years. Like Coach K at Duke University, he retired in 2022.
