Acara Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager. This is a full time opportunity to work with a dedicated and enthusiastic team! 

Job Summary:
Responsible for the management of the Company's staffing programs with customers including customer service, recruitment management of contract/temporary employees. Responsible for generating additional revenue within identified accounts through inside sales activities and proper alignment internally with sales, operations, and recruitment.  Represent Acara as the focal point for customer and contractor issues and concerns. Position may be located at branch office or at customer site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer service and delivery plan in accordance with contractual terms and conditions, customer requirements and Company policy to place contract employees at customer worksites
  • Promote customer goodwill and increase sales with customer
  • Promote customer relationship-building through regular contacts and/or visits
  • Work with the Acara sales, operations, and recruitment teams to recruit, onboard and maintain a proper staff of temporary/contract employees, as business needs dictate
  • Responsible for administrative activities relating to each account including personnel administration, payroll/billing/aging, quality program compliance and report generation
  • Serve as the main contact for customer managers and associates, and be the escalation for others (contract employees, Acara staff, etc.)
  • Maintain adequate records, including an accurate Customer Profile
  • Prepare and present reports, including financial analysis, for customer and corporate staff
  • Responsible for training and mentoring of Acara staff, customer, and contract employees
  • Maintain set benchmark as set forth by company
  • Provide Work Nexus administration, including documenting requirements
  • May provide first line of support to customer on Work Nexus

Other Duties:
  • Establish community relations through frequent contact and branch activities
  • Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years of prior staffing industry experience and account management experience
  • Prior sales and supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledgeable in online recruiting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability
  • Present a positive and professional image
