    Scott Stenclik

    Scott Stenclik serves as CEO of Acara. Since joining the organization in 1986, Scott has helped the company evolve into one of the nation's largest and highest-performing recruitment providers. Acara provides leading-edge contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search and payrolling services, globally. The organization maintains service locations throughout the United States, and also in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America. Previously, Scott worked in audit and tax consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, and is a New York state Certified Public Accountant. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

    Brian Christel

    Brian Christel serves as President of Acara Solutions. Brian is responsible for company-wide strategic business planning and restructuring, revenue generation and profitability, leadership development, and coaching. An expert at integrating our processes to meet client goals, Brian’s senior-level thinking plays an important role in cultivating purposeful partnerships and creating results. He works with customers to provide a full array of consultative talent acquisition and managed outsourcing services. In addition, Brian masterfully guides long-term business strategies, identifies potential acquisitions, and promotes the company’s rebranding efforts to support Acara’s continued success and longevity. Before stepping into his current role, Brian served as Acara’s Vice President of the West Region. He previously worked at a national technical and engineering staffing agency. Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

    Jim Nichiporuk

    As Senior Vice President of North America, Jim Nichiporuk helps prospective and current enterprise/national customers develop talent acquisition and management solutions that capitalize on cost savings opportunities and maximize productivity. Nichiporuk has over twenty years of solution selling and staffing/recruiting experience and obtained his undergraduate degree in Organizational Management/Finance from Keuka College.

    Bart Stanley

    Bart Stanley serves as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Delivery at Acara. He works to advance our competitive positioning and company-wide growth while also playing a critical role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and providing high-level strategic thinking. Bart is an expert in staff augmentation, workforce management, and the implementation of managed service programs.  With more than three decades of experience within the company, Bart has long been a pillar of Aleron’s growth and success. He previously served as the Senior Vice President of the South Region for Acara Solutions, providing workforce and staffing solutions to numerous customers across an array of industries. Bart studied Accounting at the University of Miami and received a degree in Management Science from the University of Central Florida.

    Chris Delaney

    Chris Delaney is the Vice President of Client Solutions and Delivery for Acara. Delaney is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing strategic planning and growth initiatives to increase revenue and profitability, with a focus on consulting, statement of work (SOW), and traditional and non-traditional staffing with major DoD, aerospace, and related companies. He received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Development from Webster University.

    Vice President, Operations and Risk Management

    David Doyle

    David Doyle serves as Acara's Vice President of Operations and Risk Management. With over a decade of experience at Acara and Aleron Group, David works to assure optimal operational efficiency for Acara’s contract labor placements while mitigating the risk exposures for our suite of workforce brands. He also maintains our ISO 9001:2015 Quality certification and shepherds our overall compliance efforts. David’s industry experience, tireless work ethic, and expert knowledge of our customers’ needs have helped him to guide our company to success. Prior to joining Acara, David worked as a Corporate Business Insurance Risk Manager at a multinational corporation headquartered in Buffalo. A graduate of Canisius College, he received his Bachelor’s degree in finance. David has also attained the prestigious Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations in insurance and risk management disciplines.

He is also responsible for the development of innovative, comprehensive recruiting strategies that will provide a competitive advantage over our competitors’ sales and marketing approaches, recruitment tools, branding, planning, and retention. Moeser earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Whittier College.
