Jim Nichiporuk serves as President of Acara Solutions, a leading provider of talent acquisition and workforce solutions. Jim is responsible for overseeing strategic business planning, revenue generation, profitability, and leadership development across the organization.   With over 25 years in the recruiting industry, Jim has established himself as an expert in driving business strategy and delivering exceptional results for enterprise clients. His pragmatic approach and strategic thinking enable him to integrate efficient processes that achieve client goals while fostering purposeful partnerships that drive long-term success.   Jim joined Acara Solutions in 2018 as Senior Vice President of North America, where he successfully expanded the company's client base and operational capabilities. His collaborative leadership style and deep industry knowledge have been instrumental in strengthening Acara's position as a trusted workforce solutions partner.   Prior to joining Acara, Jim held several executive leadership positions at prominent staffing and workforce solution companies, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to build high-performing teams and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies across multiple industries including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and professional services.   Throughout his career, Jim has focused on developing client-centric solutions that address complex workforce challenges. His expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and relationship management has helped numerous organizations optimize their talent acquisition processes and achieve their business objectives.   Jim obtained his undergraduate degree in Organizational Management/Finance from Keuka College and regularly participates in industry conferences and professional development programs to stay at the forefront of workforce trends and solutions.

Chris Delaney is the Senior Vice President for Acara. Delaney is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing strategic planning and growth initiatives to increase revenue and profitability, with a focus on consulting, statement of work (SOW), and traditional and non-traditional staffing with major DoD, aerospace, and related companies. Chris serves on South Brevard SHRM’s Board of Directors as Vice President of Membership and sits on the Board of Directors for Brevard Achievement Center. He received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Development from Webster University.

Debra is the Vice President of Business Development. Debra manages overall business development strategies across the country, focusing on the achievement of revenue and profitability goals through the application of consistent and effective sales strategies. Debra attended Chapman University and Texas Christian University.

Ryan Stenvick is the Vice President of Business Development and Delivery for Acara. Stenvick spearheads all sales outreach and leads business development efforts within the West Region. With over 20 years of experience in the recruiting and human capital industry, Marc’s specialties lie in technical and professional recruitment. He oversees the professional growth of Acara staff dedicated to client management, recruiting management, and operations.

Cameron Beer is Vice President of Delivery at Acara Solutions. In his work, Cameron plays a critical role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and providing high-level strategic thinking to lead Acara’s key account recruitment nationally. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, Cameron has a proven track record of success in helping current and prospective clients develop their talent acquisition and workforce management solutions. He oversees the professional growth of Acara staff dedicated to client management, recruiting management, and operations. Prior to his current role, Cameron served as Acara’s Senior National Director of Recruitment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sports administration, with minors in marketing and management, from Ball State University in Indiana.

Nigel Hapuarachchi serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Delivery at Acara Canada. Bringing five years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, he joined the team in 2019 as Director of Business Development and advanced to Regional Director of Business Development in 2021.
