    Scott Stenclik

    Scott Stenclik serves as CEO of Acara. Since joining the organization in 1986, Scott has helped the company evolve into one of the nation's largest and highest-performing recruitment providers. Acara provides leading-edge contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search and payrolling services, globally. Previously, Scott worked in audit and tax consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, and is a New York state Certified Public Accountant. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

    Jim Nichiporuk

    Jim Nichiporuk serves as President of Acara Solutions, a leading provider of talent acquisition and workforce solutions. Jim is responsible for overseeing strategic business planning, revenue generation, profitability, and leadership development across the organization.   With over 25 years in the recruiting industry, Jim has established himself as an expert in driving business strategy and delivering exceptional results for enterprise clients. His pragmatic approach and strategic thinking enable him to integrate efficient processes that achieve client goals while fostering purposeful partnerships that drive long-term success.   Jim joined Acara Solutions in 2018 as Senior Vice President of North America, where he successfully expanded the company's client base and operational capabilities. His collaborative leadership style and deep industry knowledge have been instrumental in strengthening Acara's position as a trusted workforce solutions partner.   Prior to joining Acara, Jim held several executive leadership positions at prominent staffing and workforce solution companies, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to build high-performing teams and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies across multiple industries including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and professional services.   Throughout his career, Jim has focused on developing client-centric solutions that address complex workforce challenges. His expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and relationship management has helped numerous organizations optimize their talent acquisition processes and achieve their business objectives.   Jim obtained his undergraduate degree in Organizational Management/Finance from Keuka College and regularly participates in industry conferences and professional development programs to stay at the forefront of workforce trends and solutions.

    Chris Delaney

    Chris Delaney is the Senior Vice President for Acara. Delaney is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing strategic planning and growth initiatives to increase revenue and profitability, with a focus on consulting, statement of work (SOW), and traditional and non-traditional staffing with major DoD, aerospace, and related companies. Chris serves on South Brevard SHRM’s Board of Directors as Vice President of Membership and sits on the Board of Directors for Brevard Achievement Center. He received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Development from Webster University.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in sports administration, with minors in marketing and management, from Ball State University in Indiana.
