Cameron Beer is Vice President of Delivery at Acara Solutions. In his work, Cameron plays a critical role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and providing high-level strategic thinking to lead Acara’s key account recruitment nationally. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, Cameron has a proven track record of success in helping current and prospective clients develop their talent acquisition and workforce management solutions. He oversees the professional growth of Acara staff dedicated to client management, recruiting management, and operations.

Prior to his current role, Cameron served as Acara’s Senior National Director of Recruitment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sports administration, with minors in marketing and management, from Ball State University in Indiana.
