About Derrick

Derrick is a seasoned leader with 20 years of experience in building and designing recruitment strategies for staffing and technology solution companies. He is dedicated to fostering strong, trusted partnerships and creating solutions that help customers exceed their workplace goals.

As Director of Enterprise Sales at the Aleron Group, Derrick oversees enterprise strategy and designs program solutions for clients, with project scopes ranging from several million to hundreds of millions of dollars. He utilizes his extensive industry knowledge and creativity to implement tailored workforce solutions, including Master Vendor Programs, Managed Service Programs, Vendor Management Systems, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Employer of Record, and Executive Search services.

His active listening and problem-solving skills have contributed to his success serving clients in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, technology, advanced manufacturing, and professional services. The centralized programs he has designed have led to significant savings and enhanced visibility, streamlining hiring for corporations of all sizes.

Derrick understands that immediate access to data and analytics is crucial for driving client decisions. With accurate data, clients can realize cost savings and optimize processes, which are vital for improving profit margins and output. His customer service approach begins with aligning recruitment solutions to clients' end goals and designing solutions that meet their needs.

With a consistently positive outlook, Derrick embraces Milton Berle's quote: "If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door." He resides in North Dallas with his wife, daughter, and two sons. For the past 20 years, he has served as a Board Member for Christian Mission Aid, a non-profit organization in Nairobi, Kenya. He has also coached his sons' basketball teams and enjoys mentoring youth.
