One of the largest semiconductor companies in the world with over $38 billion in annual revenue, The Client maintains more than 51,000 employees globally. They needed to hire qualified engineers within a three-month window to work in a new, multi-billion dollar production center. New hires would be required to complete an immersive two-year training program in Taiwan before returning to the United States. Although this project presented our team with new challenges, our passive sourcing excellence and high-touch candidate experience helped us bring value to The Client.

The Client—a multi-billion dollar Fortune100 company that specializes in aerospace, defense, security, and advanced technologies—needed a scalable solution to solve extensive technology needs. Not only did they need to procure, deliver, and deploy more than 10,000 desktop computers across multiple locations, but they also needed to provide a 24/7 help desk call center and deploy desktop support services across the entire enterprise.
