A leading provider of commercial services to the life sciences industry, The Client sought a master vendor provider to oversee and streamline its contingent labor needs across four different call centers in the United States. Due to non-essential business closures and stay-at-home orders during the coronavirus pandemic, The Client needed a staffing provider that could source, onboard, and train qualified candidates virtually.

The Client—a multi-billion dollar Fortune100 company that specializes in aerospace, defense, security, and advanced technologies—needed a scalable solution to solve extensive technology needs. Not only did they need to procure, deliver, and deploy more than 10,000 desktop computers across multiple locations, but they also needed to provide a 24/7 help desk call center and deploy desktop support services across the entire enterprise.

Faced with bolstering its contingent workforce to meet soaring semiconductor chip customer demand, the Client asked Acara to conduct a large-scale recruitment campaign to hire 700 assemblers, technicians, and material handlers across three primary locations. To be successful, the Acara team would need to streamline the recruitment process and utilize multiple sourcing channels to hire a high volume of workers quickly.
