Christiana Cushing is the Vice President of Operations. With nearly 20 years of experience directly with Acara, Christiana brings a deep institutional knowledge and a proven ability to drive operational excellence across our organization. In her current role, she oversees the systems, processes, and people that keep Acara running efficiently. Prior to her promotion to Vice President, Christiana served as Director of Operations and held several other key roles throughout her tenure, including Manager of Contractor Care & Operational Excellence, National Field Trainer, and Payroll Manager. Her career at Acara began as a Staffing Coordinator in 2007, giving her an intimate understanding of business operations that continues to inform her leadership today. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana.
