Acara CEO Scott Stenclik Named One of Buffalo’s Most Powerful Leaders

Scott Stenclik, President and CEO of Aleron, has been named to Buffalo Business First’s 2024 Power 250. The list, released annually, includes the most influential people in Buffalo and western New York.

“Aleron is honored to be a part of this community’s continued growth and success,” said Stenclik. “Western New York is fortunate to have so many leaders who are committed to positively impacting our region. I’m grateful to work alongside them in ensuring a bright future for our city.”

Since joining Aleron in 1986, Stenclik has helped the company evolve into one of the area’s largest and highest-performing workforce solutions and talent acquisition providers nationwide.

Stenclik is actively involved in the western New York community. He sits on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations, including the Buffalo Center for the Arts and Technology and TechBuffalo, and serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.

He is also proud to support the region’s startup business community through organizations such as 43North, Endeavor, and LaunchNY. He serves on Varia Ventures’ Advisory Board and is also a member of Buffalo Angels through the WNY Venture Association.
