Acara Solutions Canada Awarded ‘Great Place to Work’ Certification

93% of surveyed employees indicate Acara Solutions Canada is a “great place to work.”

Acara Solutions Canada was recently awarded a “Great Place to Work” certification following unanimously high scores on the Great Place to Work Trust Index survey. In the survey, 93% of respondents indicated that Acara Canada is a “great place to work.” Additionally, Acara Canada received an organizational Trust Index Score of 94%, far surpassing the 70% threshold required for Great Place to Work certification.

The Trust Index Score is compiled from the average score on 58 standard survey statements in which respondents indicate the degree to which they agree with each statement. Ninety-three percent of surveyed Acara employees agreed with the statement “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.” Other survey statements measure elements such as equity, community, collaboration, support, two-way communication, and integrity in the workplace.

The Trust Index survey is based on the Great Place to Work Trust Model, which defines a great workplace as one where “employees trust the people they work for, have pride in the work they do, and enjoy the people with whom they work.” The Trust Index survey averages positive responses for statements about five key workplace dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Acara Solutions Canada received high organizational scores across all dimensions.
