Today, Chris serves as Vice President of Client Solutions and Delivery. Based out of Melbourne, Florida office, Chris is a trusted talent acquisition partner to companies with operations in South Florida and beyond. He has played an especially critical role in expanding Acara’s partnerships in the aviation, aerospace, and defense industries. 

Shortly after graduating from the University of Central Florida, Chris joined the team in 1999 as an entry-level recruiter—and the rest is history. 

After several years immersing himself in the world of recruiting, Chris was promoted to Director of Client Recruiting Services, working alongside commercial and aerospace and defense clients to meet their hiring needs. Since then, he has shifted into a role focused more on cultivating new business, mentoring staff, and developing creative solutions to solve clients’ complex workforce challenges. 

His tenure at Acara is a testament to his hard work, commitment, innovation, and natural ability to cultivate lasting, impactful partnerships, and we’re grateful to have him after all the years.
