Building upon its strong commitment to talent acquisition and customer collaboration, Superior Talent Resources (Superior)—an Aleron company—is expanding its investment in sales strategy.  The global workforce and productivity solutions organization recently hired James (Jim) Nichiporuk in the position of Vice President of Enterprise Sales Strategy and Delivery.

As of December 4, 2017, Nichiporuk has begun collaborating with leaders at Superior and across all Aleron organizations not only to acquire new clients, but also to maximize relationship potential with existing customers.  He is ultimately responsible for business development activities associated with prospective and current enterprise/national customers, including solution selling, market/competitive analysis, pricing, and channel strategy.  In the years to come, Jim will play an increasingly important role in Superior’s advancement within the marketplace, helping to offer customers consultative end-to-end solutions that deliver seamless, integrated services.

Nichiporuk comes to Superior with nearly twenty years of solution selling and staffing/recruiting experience cultivated from companies such as Adecco and PEAK Technical Staffing.  In his most recent position at Computer Task Group, Nichiporuk was responsible for both the U.S. staffing division and global recruiting organization, including multiple national business lines, notably engineering and information technology.  He also served as the executive sponsor for—and strategic owner of—key national and global accounts in the technology and manufacturing industries.

Nichiporuk obtained his undergraduate degree from Keuka College with a Bachelors in Organizational Management/Finance.  Throughout his career, he has developed subject matter expertise in many complementary workforce and business solutions, including contingent and direct staffing, as well as managed service programs.

“I am enthusiastic and honored to become a part of Superior at such an exciting point in the company’s history,” Nichiporuk says.  “I am fortunate to have the opportunity to become a part of such a well-established and respected company, and to be entrusted with shaping a business development organization totally focused on meeting the multifaceted needs of its clients first, while also increasing profitable revenue growth.”

Founded in 1957, Superior delivers a range of complementary and consultative talent acquisition solutions.  These include contract and direct placement, executive search, contract-to-direct, and payrolling services.  Headquartered in Williamsville, NY, Superior maintains offices throughout North America, as well as in South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
