Superior Talent India currently provides talent acquisition services, executive search, direct placement, and recruitment process outsourcing in India, with an eye to expanding efforts to other regions of the world.

Superior Shared Services India is responsible for supplementing talent sourcing efforts, which includes executive search, recruitment process outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and helpdesk servicing.
