Scott Stenclik, President and CEO of Superior Talent Resources, and Lynne Marie Finn, President and CEO of Superior Workforce Solutions, have been recognized in both the HRO Today’s 2015 Superstars Directory and Staffing Industry Analysts’ The Staffing 100 list. Superior Talent Resources and Superior Workforce Solutions are separately owned and operated members of the Acara, each focusing on unique services that deliver value to customers’ workforce acquisition and management efforts.

HRO Today created the Superstars Directory to bring attention to some of the greatest minds in HR. Elliot Clark, CEO at SharedXpertise, says about the awards, “We are excited to honor these HR leaders for their accomplishments and leadership. At this point in the evolution of HR, I believe the impact of their contributions cannot be overstated.” The Staffing 100 is Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA’s) list of the 100 most influential people in the staffing industry. It is compiled from thousands of nominations that have been reviewed and agreed upon by the editorial team at SIA.

Since 1992 when he became president and CEO, Mr. Stenclik has led Superior through the openings of offices throughout North America and the world. More importantly, he and his teams have helped enrich the lives of hundreds of thousands of employees placed in contingent and direct roles. Numerous awards—such as the 2015 Largest Staffing Firms in the U.S. and the 2014 North American Candidate Experience Award—have followed. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and is also a certified public accountant.

Lynne Marie Finn, President and CEO, Superior Workforce Solutions, Inc.
Ms. Finn leads Superior Workforce Solutions, one of the largest WBENC-certified workforce solutions organizations in the U.S. Year-after-year, Lynne is recognized with national awards, such as the 2015 SIA’s Global Power 100 Women and the 2015 HRO Today’s Bakers Dozen award for excellence in managed services. Finn graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is also an attorney.
