Nigel Hapuarachchi serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Delivery at Acara Canada. Bringing five years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, he joined the team in 2019 as Director of Business Development and advanced to Regional Director of Business Development in 2021. Nigel oversees operations and business development in Canada and the northeast U.S., leads major client program management, and significantly contributes to expanding our Canadian presence and business development initiatives.

Setara Guajardo is the Vice President of Client Solutions for Acara. Setara is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing client relationship management initiatives to increase revenue and profitability with existing large key accounts in the United States. With over 12 years of industry experience, she specializes in providing an A+ customer service experience and fostering positive business relationships with all stakeholders.
As a critical member of the solutions team, Setara has been instrumental in growing Acara’s key accounts. Before her current role, she served as Acara’s Regional Director of Client Services and was then promoted to National Director of Client Services. Prior to joining Acara, Setara was Senior Program Manager over four healthcare facility contingent workforce programs.

Cameron Beer is Vice President of Delivery at Acara Solutions. In his work, Cameron plays a critical role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and providing high-level strategic thinking to lead Acara’s key account recruitment nationally. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, Cameron has a proven track record of success in helping current and prospective clients develop their talent acquisition and workforce management solutions. He oversees the professional growth of Acara staff dedicated to client management, recruiting management, and operations.

Prior to his current role, Cameron served as Acara’s Senior National Director of Recruitment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sports administration, with minors in marketing and management, from Ball State University in Indiana.

Marc Sweger is the Vice President of Client Solutions and Delivery for Acara. With over 20 years of experience in the recruiting and human capital industry, Marc’s specialty lies in technical and professional recruitment. He oversees the professional growth of Acara staff dedicated to client management, recruiting management, and operations.
