Acara Solutions, a leading provider of talent acquisition and workforce solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Delaney to Senior Vice President. In this expanded role, Delaney will lead strategic workforce planning and growth initiatives focused on consulting, statement of work (SOW), and traditional and non-traditional staffing services for Acara’s domestic and global customer base.  

Delaney, who joined the company over 25 years ago, has been instrumental in driving Acara’s success in the aerospace and defense sectors. His promotion recognizes his exceptional leadership and consistent track record of delivering results throughout his tenure with the organization.

Since joining Acara in 1999, Delaney has progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Client Recruiting Services and Vice President of Major Account Development. His unique career path, transitioning from recruitment to sales, has equipped him with comprehensive insights into workforce challenges faced by enterprise clients.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Delaney serves on South Brevard SHRM’s Board of Directors as Vice President of Membership and on the Board of Directors for Brevard Achievement Center. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Development from Webster University.
